Location

Casa de La Condesa has the perfect location in the heart of Mexico City. While we are just a few minutes off of the main Paseo de La Reforma, our hotel is subtly nestled into a quiet, residential plaza called Plaza Luis Cabrera. The plaza has large fountains that span the length of the streets, which are lined with plenty of trees. It is a popular retreat for locals who enjoy the cafes and restaurants in the plaza which often have outdoor seating available on the sidewalks. You won?t even remember that you are in bustling Mexico City!

Since we are a small Mexico City Hotel near Reforma, you may need to give your taxi driver some directions about how to reach us. From Paseo de La Reforma, you would need to take a road called Insurgentes heading toward the Roma neighborhood. You would then need to make a left onto a street called Chihuaha, then a right on Orizaba. That will lead you right into Plaza Luis Cabrera. Your taxi driver may be familiar with a larger plaza and park called Plaza Rio de Janeiro, which is just about 4 or 5 blocks North of Plaza Luis Cabrera. If all else fails, just tell them to take you to the corner of Alvaro Obregon and Orizaba. Here, you will be exactly between Plaza Riu de Janeiro and Plaza Luis Cabrero. Just head 2 blocks South and you will see the plaza. Our hotel entrance has a maroon colored awning which says Casa de la Condesa. Look for the ice cream café (Gelateria) which is right next to the entrance.
